1. Finally, the Jamalpara Social Development Circle member
developed an action plan for implementing their action
point.
2. Organize a meeting through ensuring the all level
participation of the Community
3. Formed a community Clinic Implementing committee
4. Collect and review the Community Clinic establishment
Policy
5. Collect signatures of 2000 people –both male and female
6. Submit to Health Secretary through the Officer of Upazilla
Health and Family Planning
7. Manage 8 decimal land from a local land owner and register
the land
8. Get the approval from the Ministry of Health and Family
Welfare

12. 2 KM road has built up upon their
demand.
Now they are taking new action points ……..
