2. Submittal Categories Function
Define the project you want to work on
Enter the sequence (1,2,3….)
Choose the category (Normal is for drawings)
Enter the a code for this category and a title
You can double click on Group ID to choose the people that can see the submittals on this project
3. Define Entity Function
Choose the Project and the contract
Under each category (eg: drawing), enter the entity definition
The entity definition is formed from the type which is defined in the submittal category function,
The title that you enter manually, in third party, double click on GR to choose the third party (99
Is self which means you company)
Then enter the reference of the drawing for example, you can link it to a boq in the contract and
You can give it a drawing ID
4. You can add photos for a drawing
Add stakeholders
5. Attachments
You can add attachments on any line
You can add many attachments on one line for example all the revisions on one drawing
