The following journal is to raise awareness of different
industries and materials used in the work area of each
company. Poe example how many types of rubbers are
used in industries such as machine tools used also as
give maintenance to metal parts
In a study of 5,000 people in five countries analyzed consumer
opinions on various products and business ethics of their
condition, and the importance that these consumers face the
ethical aspect of business. The result of this survey is
interesting and in some cases surprising.
Industrial ovens
Like any other type of furnaces, industrial principal aim of raising the
temperature above body temperature. By exchange of heat energy, its
temperature increases ovens and certain amounts of heat transferred to the
body or material found therein.
                      Operation of industrial furnaces
Each furnace work differently, depending on their use and design. However,
there are points that all have in common operation in question:
1. The materials are introduced into the working area thereof that is isolated
from the environment by means of vaults.
2. Whether burning fuel or using electricity consumption, the temperature
inside the furnace increases. This increase levels previously usually
regulated by a control panel.
What are industrial wheels?
Industrial wheels are specially designed mechanical parts for various industrial
applications. They must meet the specifications of the platform or device which
will be placed as well as manual labor and to bear weight.

What is the machining of parts?
 The machining process is known as one which removes the excess material that
forms (chips) of metal parts. For a machined parts resulting from the highest
quality should be taken into account for the following aspects can not consider
complicated or unsatisfactory the final work:
•The material to be machined has a very high resistance or hardness
•The material is too fragile
•The piece is flexible and be difficult to hold the parts
•The piece is a very complex
•The surface finish and dimensional tolerances are very stringent
•The increase in the temperature and residual stresses in the piece are not be
desirable or acceptable
Machine tools
Machine tools are devices generally stationary, designed for shaping metals and other
solids.
There are four main methods for machine tools that shape metals: EDM cut and stamped
metal removal.
                                            EDM
This is a method in which an electrode generates an electric arc. The electric arc is
placed between the electrode and the metal particles desprendiéndole until desired
shape.
                                            court
This method uses sharp pieces that literally allow metal cutting to give a predetermined
form.
                                      Start of shaving
This method could be, to some extent, a combination of the foregoing. This is the start of
surplus metal parts with cutting tools or spealizedci machinery.
