 I believe that all children are special unique
individuals. No two students are alike. I truly
believe that every child has a special gift inside
of them. Children are our future. It is my job to
assist and them in reaching their full potential.
 Although education is a profession I truly feel
that it a calling. It takes a special person to be
an educator. It is my job to provide a safe,
productive learning environment for students.
My role as a classroom teacher is to nurture,
cultivate and motivate students. I will provide
them with the tool they need to become
successful.
 7:50- 8:10 Homeroom
 8:10 -9:00 1st Period (ELA)
 9:05-9:55 Activity Period
 10:00- 10:50 2nd Period
 10:55-11:25 Intervention
 11:25 -11:45 Lunch
 11:45-11:55 Restroom
 11:500-12:20 Intervention
 12:20-12:40
 12:45-1:35 3rd Period
 1:40-2:30 4thPeriod
 230- Dismissal
 You must at school to ensure that you
obtain a proper education.
 Please be on time for class
 Students must be present at least 63%of
his/her instructional day to be considered in
full-day attendance.
 Instructional day starts ant 7:50 am and end
at 2:30 p.m.
 A----90-100
 B-----80-89
 C-----70-79
 D-----65-69
 F-----Below65
 A-distinction
 B-Good/accomplished
 C-Signifies average
 D-less than standard mediocre
 F did not meet any goals
 Homework is given nightly. Monday-Thursday
 Homework should take at maximum of 30
minutes to complete
 Students should study basic skills and spelling
words nightly
 Parents should review homework nightly with
child
 Homework should be turned in before bell
work
 Student will be allowed to make up
assignments with excused absence
 Students have 10 days to make up assignments
. After 10 days it will result in “Zero”
 It is not my responsibility to remind students of
make up work

 Follow directions the first time they are given
 Treat people the way you want to be treated
 Do not talk while I am talking
 Keep your hand, feet, and other objects to your
self.
 Raise your hand for permission to speak or
leave your seat.
 Students should be dressed in uniform daily
 No exceptions unless permission is given by
administration
 Uniforms should be neat, clean and in good
condition.
 No student should have pants sagging. Belts
are to be worn with uniform
 Shirts are expected to tucked in pants
 In the morning students should enter the
classroom in a quiet and orderly fashion.
 Make sure to sharpen pencils and get
everything out backpack.
 Begin bell ringer on the board after you are
finished please wait for further directions
