Why U+253FE (叾) includes 丘?

Why U+253FE ( 𥏾)
includes 丘 ?

2. In the beginning...
This is a 古文 of 𥏼 （智)
宋本 (both of 王昶旧蔵本,
海源閣本) include 北, but
no 丘.
Because it is a 古文, no
detailed glyph structure
is explained.

3. In 明末清初 汲古閣本, 丘 appears
淮南書局翻刻
汲古閣四次様本
早稲田大学所蔵
汲古閣通行本

4. 嘉慶年間翻刻本 had an
inconsistency about 北/丘
平津館本 uses 丘 藤花榭本 uses 北

5. Later...
陳昌治本 uses 丘 段注本 used 小徐本

6. Why 汲古閣 used 丘?
It seems that 宋刊小字本 in 毛晉・毛扆蔵書 might have
used 北, not 丘.
It was modified in earlier stage?
if there was such, 小徐本 does not support this change, so it
should be assumed in the earlier stage. 四次様本 had
already used 丘 is "reasonable" in a sense.
How it could be justified?
other 楷書字書, like 玉篇, 集韻, 類篇 etc can support?

7. The source of 楷書「 𥏾」 is 類篇?
It was widely distributed by 康煕字典補遺
康煕字典補遺 says as it was taken from
字彙補
字彙補 says as it was taken from
敘 (by 蘇子由) of 類篇
We know 2 authorized source of 類篇,
one is 曹寅本, another is 汲古閣影宋抄本.
曹寅本(康煕45年) is too late to use for 汲古閣初
印本?

8. 汲古閣影宋抄本 類篇 has no 丘/北
序文 本文

9. It is unreasonable for
汲古閣 to replace 北
by 丘, by using 類篇!!!
because their manual-copy does not include 丘

10. So, the reference to
replace 北 by 丘 was
字彙補?
字彙補 was published early 康煕年間, so 毛晉 cannot
access, but 毛扆 and later 説文学者 could.
But it is very strange if it were true.

11. 五音韻譜 is the last resort
It is told that 汲古閣本説文解字 might have 2 sources:
宋刊小字本
明趙霊均大字抄本
Recent progress of 版本学 revealed 趙霊均抄本 is a
reordered version of 明刊本五音韻譜
So, we should check 北/丘 in 明刊本五音韻譜 before
conclusion.

13. Summary
Studies of 五音韻譜 is more important than we were
thinking before, to confirm "why we are writing like
this".
It is confirmed that 𥏾 includes 丘 since 南宋期
But still it is unclear where 楷書体" 𥏾" came from.
