going/ applying into foodservice business.
Performance Task
You are a student who wants to earn money during this online distance
learning since students are not in school for studies. You applied as a
dishwasher in an eatery near your municipal hall. You must convince
the owner that you know the correct dishwashing techniques as well as
proper storing of tools and equipment. If you will do a good work, the
owner will hire you and give you nice pay. Take a video of yourself
while doing this activity. Use of web 2.0 app for output (ex. Inshot,
capcut, etc.)
