1. Responsibilities:
- Checking and Collating new client welcome packs.
- Checking the clients’ funds profile to ensure they are Regulation 28 compliant.
- Printing transaction advices & Income indicators, as well as checking and
releasing the emails to those clients who have elected to receive correspondence
via email.
- Checking all forms and supporting documentation has been received according to
the relevant checklists.
- Processing Clients’ instructions to change any personal details (such as bank
account numbers and addresses etc).
- Ensuring that all existing customers and related parties are periodically screened
in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Capturing and processing new complete application forms within the daily
turnaround times.
- Ensuring that all new and existing customer and related parties are screened
against sanctions and risk assessed in accordance with the company’s compliance
policies and procedures.
- Assist clients with filling in application forms.
- Update and maintain databases to track prospects, clients and deal information.
- Work closely with assigned brokers to leverage their time and productivity.
- Accurate Filing System.
- Answering Phone calls.
- Researching Information.
- Customer service: Attend to all visitors & assist them with queries & or direct to
the correct staff.
- Keeping supply room stocked with office supplies.
- Setting up meeting rooms or conference rooms.
- Create professional documents by using word processing and spreadsheet
programs.
- Methods for improving customer services are proposed, developed and
continuously updated.
- Data capturing all client information.
- Compliance Checks.
