Tesla is providing an Infinite warranty on tiles or the lifetime of your
house, whichever comes first, Power Warranty – 30 Years and
Weatherization Warranty- 30 Years.
• COST OF TILES
Solar Roof is more affordable than conventional roofs and One can
expect to pay $21.85 per square foot for Solar Roof.
• DESIGN & DURABILITY
Solar Roof are available in Smooth and Textured (available from
2017) and Tuscan and Slate (available in early 2018). Made with
tempered glass, Solar Roof tiles are more than three times stronger
than standard roofing tiles, yet half the weight.
• AVAILABILITY
Customers may place an order for Solar Roof on the Tesla website.
Installations of Solar Roof will begin in the U.S. from summer 2017

collaboration with Solar City Corp.) for
selling solar tiles in shopping malls and in
high traffic locations.
• By the end of 2017 more than 70 Stores
would be setup for solar sales.
