1. Overall partnership framework, signed by the CGIAR
Consortium and the Dutch government on 21 September

2. Thematic partnerships mutually identified based on alignment
and synergy at the level of flagship projects and clusters
under selected CRPs to be supported by NL from 2017
onwards
3. Additional short term and long term more project-based
collaboration as exists now and which will be encouraged to
continue to evolve under a broader range of CGIAR CRPs
