This document provides information about the Spanish University for Distance Education (UNED) and its Electrical and Computer Engineering Department (DIEEC). UNED is a large public university in Spain that uses a blended distance learning model. DIEEC focuses on research areas like remote labs, mobile learning, and education technology trends. It offers engineering degrees and runs MOOCs on various platforms. The department aims to integrate practical skills like remote labs into its course design and evaluation.

UNED-COMA platform (Massive Open Online Course <<MOOC>> in Spanish:
Curso Online Masivo Abierto) is an Open-UNED initiative, aimed at the
deployment of MOOCs from different departments of UNED
UNED-COMA platform explodes the rich experience in distance education of
UNED educational system
Pass the course: Badge < Credential (paying) < Certificate (paying & in-person
exam)

Editor's Notes
VISIR collide with one of the most relevant features that any MOOC should achieve: scalability
Adjusting these parameters, the administrators are able to regulate remote laboratory availability to the demand of use
Module 6: Low-pass filter. Mean value, voltage ripple, load and line Regulation.
