Responsible for P&L management, finance and accounting, systems and technology, marketing, product development, human resources, training, compliance and risk management.<br />Oversaw growth in assets under administration (AuA) from $10 billion to $40 billion. <br />Expanded business into Europe and Asia and established 9 new offices.<br />Broadened product/service offering to capitalize on Deutsche Bank synergies.<br />Enhanced capacity to support accelerated revenue growth through the implementation of key platform enhancements (Advent Geneva, NTAS, NAVigator – proprietary web-based reporting platform) and the rollout of major new products (Managed Account Platform, Fund of Funds Custody and liquidity lines).<br />Built brand awareness and industry presence, resulting in Deutsche Bank being named #2 among major global hedge fund administrators in 2009 Global Custodian Survey in first year of participation.<br />Managed development of business continuity plans and completion of SAS 70 Type 1 audit certification.<br />Deutsche Bank Trust & Securities Services/Cash Management - Financial Institutions (2000 – 2007)<br />Global Head of Strategy, New Product & Business Development, for international institutional Trust & Securities Services division of leading global corporate and investment bank. Directly managed staff of 3 and $2 million budget. Regularly matrix-managed project teams of 20+ people globally across multiple business lines.<br />Championed and executed acquisition of a boutique hedge fund administrator that provided foundation for establishing a full service alternative asset servicing business. Successfully managed integration and became Chief Operating Officer of the newly formed business unit.<br />Expanded major business lines including debt services, structured finance, corporate services and domestic custody into new markets. Started operations in Japan, Taiwan, Italy, Portugal, Turkey and Mexico. New markets projected to generate annual contributions of $3 -$5 million each by the third year following launch.
