helps to determine the long–run performance and major goals of the organisation or company. Generally, top–level management of an organisation is
responsible for the initiation and implementation of such decisions and actions based on the available resources and welcoming environment. The
strategies involve the formulation and setting of directions, aims and objectives; improving organisational performance; collaborating and executing
changes; developing and training the employees etc. It also stresses on the monitoring and evaluation of internal strengths and weaknesses and
identifying external opportunities (Adair 2009).
On the other hand, leadership is a process whereby a person works through a chain of frequentative action by forming a vision, crafting a set of

to achieve. The goals set for the employee are agreed upon by both the employee and the manager. The employee is evaluated based on these goals

We can use the words of Akeel Bilgrami in his essay "Notes toward the definition of 'identity'" to help us analyze and question Chesney's song. In
his essay Bilgrami says there is an "outset between the 'subjective' and 'objective' aspects of identity. Your subjective identity is what you conceive

Objectives And Objectives Of Strategic Management
Strategic Management is a substantial wing of the management system of an organisation or company whereby a set of managerial decision and action
helps to determine the long–run performance and major goals of the organisation or company. Generally, top–level management of an organisation is
responsible for the initiation and implementation of such decisions and actions based on the available resources and welcoming environment. The
strategies involve the formulation and setting of directions, aims and objectives; improving organisational performance; collaborating and executing

of the good–enough mother. Winnicott viewed this state as a sort of temporary madness that enables the mother to retract from her own subjectivity,
and become a conduit for the development of the movements and vitalities of the infant (Phillps, 1988) As the infant develops, with the help of a
facilitating environment provided by a good–enough mother, he or she gradually moves away from absolute dependence towards a state of relative
dependence. In this phase, the child develops a growing awareness of his or her dependence on the mother, and acquires an ability to relate objects to
his or her impulses. This is a stage that is characterized by adaption to the environment and is accompanied by a gradual failure of the adaption on the
