A institution is a company that disperses a
 media product for audience consumption.
What does it do?

Before making a film the directors can go to a
 institution to give their idea for the film and
 also ask for funding for their projects from the
 institutions

   One of the reasons why IPC might distribute me magazine
    is because its different, IPC distribute the rock, pop genre
    when mine is based on urban gospel which the public might
    want a change on.

    empire offering over 300 magazines in 15 countries, as well as
    online, TV and radio stations.

   Bauer Media is a multi-platform UK-based media Group consisting of
    many companies collected around two main divisions – Magazines and
    Radio - widely recognised and rewarded as being industry innovators.

   BAUER could distribute my magazine because in terms of distribution
    through the radio, it could bring up controversial conversations which
    could lead to events etc and in terms of TV there could be show based
    on my magazine showing workshops and talk shows about urban gospel
    which could increase the amount of TV viewer
