The Serviciologist is a registered trademark,
I was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco Mexico,
Mexican-Japanese descendant, married, at
age 14, I´d made my first sale for a retailer,
entrepreneur since 1993, designer, salesman,
event organizer, a creative business, an
influencer.
Graduated from the career in business
development at UNICO-Autonomous University
of Guadalajara, with a diploma from the TEC
de Monterrey Campus Guadalajara in strategic
decisions in retail, management skills,
administration, sales, international trade and
retail trade at ITESO.
Participant in the workshop
"Creating the Magic of the Service based on
the Disney Model". I have visited 12 countries,
I am currently the AIR element in the group of
speakers THE FOUR BUSINESS ELEMENTS.
