Lighting 1st picture taken with low lighting to create
atmosphere, 2nd picture taken the lighting
would be very bright.
Mise-en-scene (incl props, costume) No props being used except for the wall which
she will be leaning on for the 1st picture and
her clothing.
Attempted Connotation The picture taken does not shows the model in
ant action in terms of her making her music or
posing next to a microphone.
Planned denotation The model is not singing in action ot playing
an instrument but one of the pictures she is
sitting down and chilling out while the other
picture she is standing.
Contingency ( in case model absence/weather) The pictures will be taken at a studio. My
model is someone outside of school so if my
model does not turn up I have taken other
pictures which I am able to use.
Alternative angle I will use medium shots and close-up shots. I
will also try and do it with a high angle to see
different affects. I will experiment with
different angles to see which are more
affective.
Comments: I will use a close up to focus on an individual
artist and their facial expression will be clear
to the reader. Long distance will also be used
to show the Mise-en scene clearly relating to
the masthead of the magazine.
