7. Group Environment We shared the common goal of informing students about the importance of donating blood, and we focused on that goal. We each had our own tasks that we needed to complete, but each individual task contributed to the group's success as a whole in some way. We all played an important role, with no one group member being more significant than another. Every group member displayed leadership qualities at different points in the project. This helped up greatly because no one was overbearing and no one felt under minded.
8. Group Environment This project would have been extremely difficult to perform alone. The planning, implementation, and completion of this project all relied on the group as a whole. Every group member played an important part by using their individual strengths to find their own niche in this project. We all completed tasks that were best suited to our own individual skills.
9. Benefit to Others The groups goal for this project was: To inform college students about the importance of donating blood. Inform students about the advantages of the donor when giving blood. Raise awareness about local blood drives, so that donations will increase. We believe we succeeded in all of these goals. Resulting in a greater knowledge of donating blood on the college campus, and a greater awareness of the benefits to all concerning the donating process.
