managing our interactions with current and future customers. It helps us to organize,
automate, and synchronize sales, marketing, customer service, and technical support. At
Texas Stress we took it a step further because the sales does not end when the purchase is
made. Once our customers issue an order all the information is entered into the customized
Job Report. The job has multiple sections, Request, Planning, Scheduling, Load Out, On-site,
then Closed out. During this process all communication is entered into the CRM and
available to employees who need to see it. When we are on-site we can perform a Job Audit,
Case Study, Non Conformance Report, Customer Satisfaction Survey, and also post notes as
to the job scope or comments.

ď¨ HSE/Quality Job Audits: During the coarse of any project Texas Stress
conducts Safety and Quality â Job Auditsâ to monitor, measure, and improve performance.
The Job Audit covers areas that we continuously monitor and improve:
1. Lead Technicians: Leadership, Attitude, Organization, Communication, Appearance,
Documentation, and Job Knowledge.
2. Jobsite Condition: Are we on schedule, Have the tools needed, Set Up completed
properly, Equipment condition, Organized, etcâŚ
3. Safety Conditions: Personal Protective Equipment, Barricades, Permits, Confined Space,
Elevated Work, Job Site Analysis appropriate for the task.
4. Customer Satisfaction: We always need to know how are customers feel we did.

ď¨ Detailed Preventative Maintenance Program: When are
customers call they need manpower and equipment that is ready to work. We know how
critical it is that schedules stay on-time. Texas Stress consistently checks equipment not only to
DOT standards but to ensure it functions as expected once on-site. We do this by performing
routine pre determined checks on all equipment, Its inspected prior to and after each use. All
of this information is tracked within the Customized CRM that can alert us with due dates and
communicate information to employees who need it.
