To assure consistency, each person at every resort
we serve is 7 Steps certified, and our 7 Steps
process is taught to every housekeeper from the
first day, which means that every unit is cleaned
the same way regardless of the housekeeper.

accountability and continuous improvement into
the cleaning process. We have processes and
training that replace a reactionary culture with a
proactive one. Our associates are continuously
trained on new and innovative ways to keep the

ON TIME IS OUR PARADIGM
We expect all units to be turned on time without
compromising cleanliness. From the first day, our
new hires train with a timer to instill a sense of
urgency into each phase of the process. Since
managers and supervisors know exactly where a

each unit, they know when to provide training and
assistance to get the housekeeper back on schedule.

certified trainers. Supervisors receive daily training to ensure the quality
of every clean and every housekeeper. Housekeeping staff are trained in all phases of
housekeeping, which results in better compensation, happier associates, and cleaner rooms.
