Performance through Learning pixel fountain develops and delivers learning-simulations (serious games) Blending the best of traditional and interactive learning, this approach has been used in over 350 workshops, successfully training more than 5000 individuals. What has been achieved: The Future The learning-simulation was built on an original, but was substantially modified. The pilot was a big success, with only some minor tuning required. Next Steps: pixel fountain and Sheffield Hallam University are looking to develop on the pilot. A tailored course could be created for CPD and university courses. The simulation could be (and has been) used in community engagement. The simulation could be (and has been) used in teambuilding / away days. The approach is suited to partnership building.
