In the delegates words: High Quality “ Very Good! Enjoyed the venue & trainer.” - Manager, Rotherham Tenancy Support “ The benefits of the workshop were negotiating skills & that learning can be fun!” - Lecturer Time and Delivery “ It was slightly rushed, but overall enjoyed the day & some interesting thoughts to take away.” - Regeneration Team “ Ultimately, need to involve people from the community.” - Community Activist Excellent Potential “ The workshop is suitable for CPD purposes & some modules in academic courses – group development with community organisations .” - Lecturer “ The workshop is suitable for All staff / organisations working in or around regeneration .” Partnership Professional Summary of the Pilot
What has been achieved: The Future The learning-simulation was built on an original, but was substantially modified. The pilot was a big success, with only some minor tuning required. Next Steps: pixel fountain and Sheffield Hallam University are looking to develop on the pilot. A tailored course could be created for CPD and university courses. The simulation could be (and has been) used in community engagement. The simulation could be (and has been) used in teambuilding / away days. The approach is suited to partnership building.
