08 de Julio de 2011<br />July 08th, 2011<br />Prof. Maria Albers<br />Modern languages department director<br />School of Education, FACE<br />Dear Madam.<br />We, the students Georgessy Barmaksos, Dannally Torrealba and Espinoza Mauricio address you through this letter with the purpose of introducing our communicative skills module’s Project Proposal, which is of the department’s concern.   It was assigned to us to carry out a thorough research process whose final goal was coming up with a solution to a problem that may be affecting the scholar community at present. In response to this we decided working together under the guideline of: the lack of awareness regarding standards of education and cultural understanding in U.C’s English education students. As part of the whole task we have reached some conclusions on how to provide an efficacious solution to this problem; we are talking about debates and conversational clubs as a evaluative strategies that allow students to interact with one another and discuss a series of topics regarding: cultural understanding, study habits, etc. <br />Our proposal consists of presenting a solid justification of why the information we have gathered should be taken into account for future evaluation plans and eclosed to this letter there is the didactic planning for correctly carrying the project out.<br />It is our deepest wish that you may find this project to be cogent and pertinent.<br />Thanks...<br />__________________________<br />Maria de Albers Urriola<br />

  • 1. 08 de Julio de 2011<br />July 08th, 2011<br />Prof. Maria Albers<br />Modern languages department director<br />School of Education, FACE<br />Dear Madam.<br />We, the students Georgessy Barmaksos, Dannally Torrealba and Espinoza Mauricio address you through this letter with the purpose of introducing our communicative skills module’s Project Proposal, which is of the department’s concern. It was assigned to us to carry out a thorough research process whose final goal was coming up with a solution to a problem that may be affecting the scholar community at present. In response to this we decided working together under the guideline of: the lack of awareness regarding standards of education and cultural understanding in U.C’s English education students. As part of the whole task we have reached some conclusions on how to provide an efficacious solution to this problem; we are talking about debates and conversational clubs as a evaluative strategies that allow students to interact with one another and discuss a series of topics regarding: cultural understanding, study habits, etc. <br />Our proposal consists of presenting a solid justification of why the information we have gathered should be taken into account for future evaluation plans and eclosed to this letter there is the didactic planning for correctly carrying the project out.<br />It is our deepest wish that you may find this project to be cogent and pertinent.<br />Thanks...<br />__________________________<br />Maria de Albers Urriola<br />
