This document discusses special forming applications and solutions for deburring and punching thick materials. It provides examples of rollerball deburring, straight line deburring, double and special bridge designs, large extrusions, double lance and form tools, pre-punching smaller squares to reduce tonnage for bigger holes, Z-shape bending tools, and special forming applications with two 90 degree bends or other complex shapes. The goal is to eliminate secondary deburring operations and provide custom tools for complex forming needs.
