Summary of Qualifications.
Ten years of Restaurant, Bar, and Conference Center management experience. Major responsibilities
included: Manage all F&B and day to day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting and appraising talented personnel. Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules,
policies and procedures. Comply with all health and safety regulations. Preserve excellent levels of internal and
external customer service. Design exceptional menus, purchasing goods and continuously make necessary
improvements. Identify customer’s needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns. I also have the ability
to spot and resolve problems efficiently, a mastery of delegating multiple tasks and an ability to manage
personnel and meet financial targets. .
Eight years of restaurant/bar service experience such as waiting tables, bartending and host positions. These
varied positions involved attending to guest’s wishes and establishing a proper atmosphere in the dining room
and bar areas. They also required a high level of knowledge with respect to the food and drink I served.
Five years of BOH management consisting of preparing menu items to restaurant standards, ordering food
and kitchen equipment, planning menus for banquet functions, and staffing help accordingly. Also I have
extensive line cook experience with many different cuisines, and several different global and regional styles.
In addition to the above stated multiple skill-sets, I also have an extensive computer proficiency that will
enable me to be more efficient and enhance general productivity in the workplace. On that note, I have the
practical know-how and the related education requirements to repair and diagnose computer issues as they
might arise from time to time, whether they be software or hardware related complications.
