1. What is a healthy
diet for our planet and
the importance it has.
3. What if changing your diet
also meant to save the
planet? Would you change it?
The planetary diet is a type of diet
which emphasizes foods that
don’t harm the planet nor the
human body.
This diet is mainly formed by
whole grains, fruits and
vegetables, nuts and legumes.
Also meat and dairy products are
a very important part of nutrition.
1. What is a healthy diet?
4. Having a diet focused on plants,
fruits and vegetables helps the
planet and reduces the macro
farms and helps animals to live
and be treated the correct way.
In my opinion a planetary diet is
helpful to our planet because we
reduce the amount of animals that
are killed, also it’s good for health.

5. The effects on
the planet and the
human body.
Pollution enters the Earth's
atmosphere in many different
ways. Most air pollution is
created by people, taking the
form of emissions from factories,
cars, planes, or aerosol cans.
Some effects include illnesses
such as pneumonia or bronchitis.
They also include discomfort
such as irritation to the nose,
throat, eyes, or skin.
2. Pollution
Long-term health effects from air pollution include
heart disease, lung cancer, and respiratory diseases
such as emphysema. Air pollution can also cause
long-term damage to people's nerves, brain, kidneys,
liver, and other organs.
6. Effects on Earth.
2. Pollution
➔ Polluted water, which isn’t safe to drink.
➔ Polluted soil, which leads to a loss of fertile land
for agriculture.
➔ Climate change. Rising temperatures and sea level.
➔ The endangerment and extinction of species in
wildlife.
➔ Habitat shifting, where some animals are forced to
flee where they live in order to survive.
7. How to avoid
it.
3. Pollution
● Using renewable energy at home, for
example solar panels.
● Optimize the use of energy.
● Moving by bike, foot or public
transport, also share your car in order
to save money.
● Having a plant based diet, so the gas
emissions decrease.
● Reduce, reuse, recycle and repair.
● Avoid deforestation and planting more
trees.
● Changing to a full electric car.
