Maslow is about self-actualization The desire to become everything you’re capable of becoming
Self-actualization is at the top of the pyramid a place where you have transient moments
Transients moments do have a name we call them our Peak Experiences
A Peak Experience is that feeling the feeling of being in your flow
A feeling when everything  seems to fit together perfectly
Moments of ecstasy which cannot be bought, guaranteed or even sought
But you can set up conditions so that Peak Experiences are more likely
I hear you thinking pretty fascinating stuff
But how can I apply this  to the motivational truths that define our relationships  in the workplace
Your reactions on Spirit at Work made me aware of  redefining success
Success as something more intangible more meaningful
Meaningful The idea that we can transform ourselves  and the world through the work we do
Not focus on what is but what could be
In leading that discussion we use the Transformation Pyramid Success Survival ,[object Object]
Before using this Transformation Pyramid imagine what relationships are for you
We have to stop pretending we are individuals that can do it alone
Everything in the universe only exists because it is in  relationship to everything else
And so are the values of relationships in the workplace Habitat: Build together  for a better world
We call it the Relationship Truths the relational mojo between Employees, Customers and Investors Creating a Unique corporate culture Building an Enthusiastic staff Developing strong Customer loyalty Maintaining a Profitable and  Sustainable business

The Customer Pyramid creates satisfaction, commitment and evangelism Meet desires Creates commitment (Success) Meet expectations Creates satisfaction (Survival) ,[object Object],[object Object],[object Object]
The Investor Pyramid creates trust, confidence and pride of ownership Relationship Alignment Creates confidence (Success) Transaction alignment Creates trust (Survival) ,[object Object],[object Object],[object Object]
