8. Global Internet Access
• Broadband Internet: aDSL, sDSL, sHDSL, wireless, 3G, FTTx.
• Dedicated Internet: Leased line on cable, Fiber Optic and Ethernet.
• Download and upload speeds depend on country and specific
location due to available infrastructure, distance to the POP and
cable physical quality.
• Onsite installation of line modem/router is normally included. Interface is based on
Ethernet/RJ45 for you to plug your own router or firewall if necessary.
• We offer a minimum of 1 fixed IP. We may offer 4 IP (2 usable Ips) and 8 IP range (5 usable
Ips) if we need to monitor more than 1 network equipment.
• Service Layer Agreement depend on service contracted. For critical solutions we
recommend to avoid aDSL services as they are normally best effort in their incidence
resolution. We may encourage customers to get an automatic backup solution with high
redundancy for never losing connectivity when a critical solution requires it.
• Minimum contract length is of 1 year. Discounts may be applied for longer contracts.

independently from our Internet access solutions.
• Most common Cisco routers are the following: Cisco 800 Series and Cisco 1800 Series.
• We can provide the hardware as well as include its onsite installation by a certified
technician. Configuration may be done remotely by the customer or sent to us prior to
installation, as preferred.
• In case of any issues with the equipment, we offer a local support by a local provider so
things get resolved quickly.
