NOVAsat teleport facilities connected with multiple satellites provides secure
and re- liable satellite communications services. Our primary purpose is to
provide satellite communication connectivity solutions to remote areas and

NOVAsat has a 24 X 7 Customer Support Center supporting its customers

The center is manned by trained professionals capable of solving cus-
tomer problems. A second level of support is always available from the
product suppliers internationally. The center is equipped with a Customer
Support System to assist in logging and tracking trouble tickets. Also
equipped with a call center telephony system that directs and records all

vices offered by STC.
