• A detailed proposal for doing or achieving
something.
• Any diagram or list of steps with timing
and resources used to achieve an
objectives.

3. Plan Documents
• It Describes Terms & Condition related to administration
and operation of plan.
• Name, designation, description, procedures etc.

4. Plan Priorities
• By Planning Comm./ P&D Division of the Govt. of Pak.
• Fixation of priorities is first step to wisdom.
• The development plans are prepared after thorough scrutiny
and judicious selection of the most important and
remunerative projects.
• Priorities depends upon viability and desirability
• Impact on Social Development, Economy Growth, Revenue
and Resources Generation

• Taking or Leaving Plan is repeated while formulating the Five Year
Plans.
• Final Identification in Annual Development Plan.
• It is operational plan and list only top priorities plan.
• The plan is made up for various on going project in diff sectors
which are near of completion
• Such projects are prepared for investment, recognition of economic
effectiveness and identification in the frame work of five-year and
annual development plan document
