ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Presently, I am senior of Thu Dau Mot University and I have just completed my training
period. This is my internship report which is a short description of my six weeks internship. This
is also the signal of ending my academic period at TDMU. In this course, I would like to send my
thanks to those who helped me complete the training period and the academic one.
First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Dong Thanh Hai, director of Truong Hai Construction
Design and Investment Consultancy Co.Ltd, for giving me the opportunity to do an internship at
the company. I also would like to thank Mrs. Duong Thi Hong An, human resources manager,
who helped me very much by giving me some information about the company, leading me how
to work and giving me useful advices. To me, training period at the company was a great time to
experience interests and difficulties of working.
Second, I am deeply indebted to Thu Dau Mot University and whole lecturers for teaching
me knowledge. Especially, my heartfelt thanks go to Mrs. Pham Thi Thuy Tram, who instructed
me procedure to do the internship and ways to write the internship report from the beginning days
of this process. Besides, she gave me many useful advices and cleared up my queries during the
training period.
Finally, I would like to show deep gratitude to my parents and all my friends. They helped
and encouraged me when I faced problems. They were always side by side with me in my life.
In short, I am really thankful to everybody who educated me, taught me lessons and gave
me moral support during the academic years, especially during this internship period.

CHAPTER 1
INTRODUCTION
Truong Hai Contrucion Design and Consultancy Co.Ltd is a one member limited liability
company which specializes in giving expert advices, designing building drawings and carrying
out building projects . It is located in Dong Xoai Town ,Binh Phuoc Province. The company
was founded in 2000. With a medium scale, all of work is operated under the control of the
director who is the competent person in the company. There are seven employees in the
company. In which, Administration Department has one member, Designing Consultant
Department has one member, Human Resources and Account Department has two members and
Construction Management Department has three members. Furthermore, the company has about
thirty workers on site.

Each department has specific assignments: the assignments of Administration Department
are receiving guests, receiving contracts, keeping communication between the company and
partners and receiving phone call. Besides, they also arrange and prepare meetings, parties, …
The assignments of Designing Consultant Department are giving professional advices to
consumers and making suggestions over building drawings, … The assignments of Human
Resources and Account Department are taking responsibilities for recruiting personnel, paying,
forming regulations concerning rewards and punishments, setting a plan related to using the

company’s property. And the assignments of Construction Management Department are
controlling, supervising and verifying construction.
In six weeks internship at the company, I worked as a receptionist-a position of
Administration Department. I went to the company three days a week from Thursday to Saturday
and from 7.30 AM to 4 PM every day.
