This document outlines a career development project for high school students to develop their personal brand. It involves students creating an online presence like a website or social media profile to market themselves. They will also write a 15-second elevator pitch stating their name, strengths, and what job they are looking for. To complete the project, students will take surveys to identify their qualities, work in groups to get feedback, and watch videos on personal branding and elevator pitches. The goal is to help students understand their strengths and how to promote themselves professionally.
