Face mask helps to catch droplets of nasal or
oral fluids of the wearer from getting to the food
being served or processed.

Processing class is requiring you to wear
PPE in your practical test to ensure proper
hygiene. As part of the challenge, you will
be given materials to be used to create an
improvise PPE’s.
