In this Acceptance stage, students will receive communication of
their acceptance and initial information about the program
before being invited into the PoNG Center Community.

The Orientation prep will be the last email communication with
students before they are added to their PoNG Center
community.

The Digital Orientation above will provide students with apps to
help get them started. “Default” apps will automatically appear
on the student learning path while “Recommended” apps will be
pushed out by the Coaches.

Once students begin the program, there will be a weekly routine
for COACH outreach and STUDENT activity on the platform.

Lunch and Learns will be a key part of the student experience at
the PoNG Center, as will the pre and post engagement around
this specific piece of the program.

Each week, while slightly different, is characterized by
personalized and meaningful Coach interactions with students.

Providing relative support based on specific students needs and
how the student is progressing is a great way for Coaches to
build genuine rapport and ensure student success

As the Hack-a-thon nears, it is important for coaches to support
students readiness for this event.

The Hack-a-thon will be a fun and interactive experience for
PoNG Center students as well as an opportunity to show off
skills developed in the early weeks of the program.

During the final weeks of the program, it is always key for
