Hammer Film Productions
Hammer films is a film productions company based in the United Kingdom. It
was founded in 1934. The company is well known from gothic horror films that
were made from the mid-1950s until the 1970s. Hammer also produced science
fiction, thrillers, film noir and comedies- and in later years, television series.
Hammer conquered the horror film market, enjoying worldwide spreading
which led to financial success. This success was due to the fact he partnership
they shared with major United State studios, such as Warner Bros.
Amicus Productions
Amicus Productions is a British film production company, based at Shepperton
Studios, England. Amicus’s horror and thriller films are sometimes mistaken for
the better-known Hammer Film Productions as they are quite similar in visual
style and with which they share many stars including Peter Cushing and
Christopher lee.
Amicus’s first two films were musicals for the teenage market

St Croix’s Productions
St Croix Studios was formed in 1990 as the production company for artist and
filmmaker Fred Wilder. Originally making stage props and mechanical effects for
variety artists and other independent filmmakers, the California based company
has experienced many changes over the years and now focuses only on film and
video production.

Jinx Media was founded in 2003, with a task to poduce high quality, low-cost
independent company that featured films for the international market. The company’s
first film was TrashHouse which was a wild horror-comedy that was released in the UK
in January 2006 following a premiere showing where they won 2 awards. Their DVD
release saw the movie on shelves in major rental outlets such as Blockbuster. Jinx then
released a film KillerKIllerwhich was a slasher movie with a rebellious twist. KillerKiller
was then released on DVD in the USA in 2007 and has since been released in countries
all over the globe.
2. The next film they released was Hellbride and then The Devil’s Music which was Jinx’s
most debated and judgmentally admired movie yet.
