Thirty years of experience complemented by a constant update and the chance of working in English-
speaking environments, it gave me the opportunity to enrich myself professionally allowing me to achieve
successful results in difficult and complex situations. I have strong skills in the analysis and definition of
business issues for both the administrative area-legal and management and for both the commercial. I have
a very good knowledge of marketing and sales actions to be implemented to achieve the defined and
credible targets. Excellent command of the problems of production and in companies where I worked an
excellent competence of the production processes and products. Due to my activities and tasks, which led
me to stay abroad frequently, I got to know and learn the trade rules of many countries and working in

- Turnaround management for two companies located in the Piedmonte in the production
sector of cables for data transmission.
- Acquisition and Turnaround of a company, located in Piedmonte, for the production of
rubber products for the automotive industry.
- Business management and turnaround for a company in Abruzzo in the automotive and
motorcycle industry.
- Acquisition and Turnaround of a company, located in Campania, for the production of die
castings for the automotive industry.
The activity was to create the conditions for maintaining economic and legal environment of the companies
and the implementation of a turnaround plan that takes into account the core business with an analysis of the
products with positive contribution margin such as to create real prospects future income and relaunch of the
companies on the market.
On these occasions I have been a "Temporaly manager" with a role equivalent to the General Manager.
- Restructure and implement the sales force and the Commercial Department of one of the
most important companies in the market of iron materials in southern Italy.
As "Temporaly Manager" (Commercial Director) the work has focused on the creation of a network of
agencies and business agent of the entire Italian territory. I was in charge of revision of marketing and to
make a new strategic marketing plan.
- M&A and turnaround management on behalf of a German company listed on the stock
market in Frankfurt.
Realise on their behalf business plan and due diligence of Italian companies which they wanted to acquire
2008- 2009 - Excutive Manager presso la LCI engineering in Vienna ( Settore qualità per
automotive e aeronautica).
- Implement the sales force and the Commercial Department in the italian aviation industry
The activity carried out as "Temporary manager" (Commercial Director) has focused on creating the
conditions to allow the company to enter the aviation industry by creating a network of relationships with
leading Italian companies in the sector. I was in charge of marketing with the drafting of the strategic
marketing plan and all the necessary certifications to operate in the industry.
2003 - 2008 - Company director of Europa Enterprise LTD – England. The company turnover was about 20
million euro, with a force worker of about 23 units which half was technician.
1999 - 2003 - Company director of BDS construction Ltd - England and General Manager of CFA s.r.l. an
Italian construction company. The two companies had a turnover of about 30 million euro,
with a force worker of about 35 units that for some works gone up to 140 units.
1997 - 1999 - Consultant (I moved in England)
1992 - 1997 - Chairman of the board of directors of Almec Spa (automotive). Almec was a joint venture
between Piaggio V.e Spa and Fides spa for the production of die casting in aluminium
(Almec spa is one of the biggest European company in the sector). The turnover of this
company was about 60 million euro and the workers were about 260.
1990 - 1992 - CEO of Fides spa, holding company, which had 10 companies in 8 different businesses:
- Steel frame structures and galvanization
- Office furniture
- Cars Batteries
- Moulds
- Aluminium die-casting
- Commercial transports
- Products in polyurethane

- Refrigerator and freeze cells.
The group had about 900 employees and a turnover near to 145 million of euro.
1987 - 1990 - managing director of two companies of Fides group:
- Isopol Spa- which produce steel structures and steel frames for buildings and industrial
estate
- Irpinia Zinco Spa- which is an galvanizing (hot) plant
1986 - 1987 - CEO of De Santis Spa

Between the period 1990 -2010 I have also held the following positions:

Professional experience performed in the past period
As CEO of the UK companies, I managed the contract for the construction of the combined cycle
power plant in Northern Ireland 600MW – Ansaldo Energia e Enelpower uk Ltd - Ballylandford.
The contract included the design, construction and installation of all steel structures, as well as
the design and construction of all buildings, including in the Control Building, containing
installation and turbines. The whole design as the technological choices was performed by the
companies managed by me. The companies have successfully maintained scheduling times
with excellent economic performances. During that period the companies worked for the CERN
in Geneve to build the ATLAS and for GE Nuova Pignone everywhere in the word for Gas & Oil
infrastructures and power station.
As a consultant, I organized, coordinated, managed and directed a task force of 6 units to
reorganize and restructure 4 British companies applying management methods that involved
processes of Just-in-time and ERP.
Evaluate, implement and manage activities for the construction of an industrial plant in the field
of aluminum die casting and machining, cast polyurethane foam industry and refrigeration
industry as well as for office furniture. The work carried out was to make the economic analysis,
the preparation of the investment plan and the medium term business plan. Identify the sources
and the investments until its start-up with the choice of factory management, customer and
market.
Trade agreements and know-how transfer with companies from the following countries: Kenya,
Algeria, Kuwait, Ecuador, Israel, Russia, Croatia, Canada, Australia.
Define and start forfeiting agreements to rebuild hotels in Dubrovnik (Croatia) and the Head
office of the largest insurance company in Mostar (Bosnia) - Uniqua Osiguranje. The
agreements foresaw the sale of products made in Italy and the construction of buildings on site
by a construction company set up ad hoc. The Croatian guarantor was the Dubrovaka Bank. The
amount of the transaction was approximately EUR 50 million.
Manage and implement the activities of a company and hot dip galvanizing of steel structures in
southern Italy.
