As follow up of a consultancy service for “Maestro Gelato & Caffè Italiano” is founded the “Italian Food
Design”, Brazilian Company controlled by Maestro Italia, with the goal to create a store network of Ice-
cream and Coffee Stores in Franchising, with focus on gastronomic Italian excellence.
I created a deep experience in starting and management of Brazilians companies with foreign Equity
as well as in franchising format.
The critical economic situation combined with a strong Real devaluation required a critical review of
the original concept in order to make the business reliable in the new economic scenario.
To be able to realize the Franchising business development new important investments are required
that the Italian franchisor is not willing to support, so that the International experience has
been closed, and Maestro has been transformed in a familiar company that today has three stores in
Florianópolis with reasonables results.

Due to personal and familiar reasons I moved to Brazil (Florianópolis) in 2014 and I founded a small
consulting company “Bradeste Consulting” with the goal to offer consulting services and support to
European companies willing to enter in Brazilian market.
The consulting services acts in the followings areas: marketing research, commercial
scouting, management of commercial relationship with locals importers and dealers, feasibility studies
relating to project of potential subsidiaries or rep offices opening, analysis and preliminary contacts
with fiscals, accounting and real estate operators in case of subsidiaries opening, consulting services
sales marketing, administration and fiscal areas.
Between the customers there are multinational cases such as French “Atlantic Groupe” or “Ferroli
China” as well as familiar companies such as Sesamo Srl or Ferrero Containers.

Bongioanni Caldaie Srl, Cuneo (Italy)
At beginning 2007 I assume the position of General Manager and CEO. Operative and strategic
responsibility of all the company’s functions, managing an initial structure of 35 people, in addition to
the sales and after sales external networks.The firsts two economical exercises have been dedicated
to the economical recover, reaching the BEP in the first year with an EbitDa improvement versus
previous management of more than 2 Mil/€, despite a turnover reduction at roughly 11 Mil/€.With the
ambition to become a “Entrepreneur/Manager” my CEO position is strengthened by a minority
participation in the Company Equity.
In 2008 is signed an Agreement of exclusivity distribution for Italian Market with De Dietrich Brand
(historical French company in heating appliances), with the goal to create new growth opportunities.
The De Dietrich distribution activity has been managed beside the Bongioanni one’s,
exploiting potential synergies and avoiding cannibalization. A dedicated sales network has been
created and the Brands have been positioned in a synergic way.The success of De Dietrich sales has

conducted to the creation in 2010 of a newco “Duedi Srl” that is now managing exclusively the De
Dietrich brand, which has closed the first financial year with a turnover of more than 4 Mil/€ with a Net
Earning of 180 K/€.
Today a manager recruited by me manages Duedi.
In 2009 with the goal of creating new growth opportunities is realised a joint-venture operation with
another Italian heating company (Biasi Spa) which enter in the company with a minority share.In his
best moment (2010) Bongioanni reaches 24 Mil/Euros turn over (more 4 Mil/Euros as Duedi) with an
Ebitda of roughly 6%.
Between 2012 and 13 the Company enters in a new moment of financial crises due to the
challenging scenario in Italian and European economy. These crises have been solved by a new
partnership and M&A project with Fondital Group, task that closed my experience as Bongioanni
Caldaie C&O
01/01/2004–31/12/2006 Brand Manager
Vaillant Spa, Milano (Italy)
In 2004 I organize and manage the transfer of Bongioanni S&M organisation at Vaillant Group’s
headquarters in Milano, where all the commercial organizations are located: Vaillant, Saunier Duval
and Bongioanni divisions. I keep the same previous position achieving an experience in the context of
an International Multibrand Group.
From March 2005 I assume the role of "Brand Manager” Bongioanni within the Sales&Marketing
Group’s organisation, entering in the “Executives Committee Country Italy”, with responsibility of
Business Unit P&L.
Management and responsibility of all organisational functions related to Bongioanni Brand’s activities
(roughly 17 Mil/€ turn over) as: Sales, Marketing, After Sales, Pre-Sales, Logistic, Procurement,
Product Management.
During 2006, following the decision by Vaillant Group to reduce the number of commercial brands, I’ve
found out a group of potential investors willing to buy Bongioanni Brand and related activities. I’ve
proposed myself to Vaillant Group as representative of the investors interested in buying the company
branch.
The operation has been successfully completed at end 2006 with the acquisition of the
company branch by the Newco “Bongioanni Caldaie Srl”. As Vaillant Group manager I have managed
the spin-off of the activities and the consequent transfer at Bongioanni Caldaie Srl.
01/09/2000–31/12/2003 Sales&Marketing Manager
Nuova BPK, Cuneo (Italy)
In Sep 2000 I re-joined my previous company, now transformed in "Nuova BPK" and controlled by the
German Vaillant Group with the role of Area Manager Export, with responsibility for UK, Eastern
Europe, Spain and Middle East Countries in the contest of group’s commercial policies, in
collaboration with the singles Group “Country Managers"
At the end of 2001 I become Commercial Director “Brand Bongioanni” Division with responsibility of
Italy, Export and OEM commercials areas.
Management of all internal and external M&S operations.
At end 2003, management, together with industrial and financial colleagues, of a “Recovery plan”
operation, following the decision by Vaillant Group to shut down the “Vignolo” industrial site,
transferring all the production activities in Eastern Europe and the commercial ones in Milano. Active
participation in the achievement of a “recovery industrial plan”, making a direct experience in a
production and sales company re-organization, with consequent activities transfer and relative spin-
off.

Professional goals Actually, I’d like to open a new professional cycle, going back to management world, trying to
valorize my managerial and International experience of last decade.
I am open to evaluate new challenges at 360 degrees and open to analyse opportunities in positions
such as Brazil Resident Manager or Country Manager America for Italians or Multinational
Companies, as well as evaluate possibility of going back to Italy in positions as Commercial Director,
Export Manager, DG or CEO, as well as opportunities as Country Manager in other countries after a
similar experience in Brazil.
During my professional life I had the change of manage different start-up operations, M&A, recovery
plans and join ventures, developing skills for high complexity situations. Therefore, I’m open to
evaluate any type of operation that may be considered in line with my profile and which represent new
professionals challenges.
