The story is set in the cold months of October and December, with flashbacks to summertime. It is

Bite Movie Comparison
I knew going in that I was going to love The Curse / Curse II: The Bite Double Feature from Scream
Factory, based solely on the little blurb on the back of the case, which reads "A Double Dose Of '80s
Horror!". Anyone that actually reads my site knows I have an unhealthy affection towards 80s
horror films, so when the cover is screaming out that these are two 80s horror gems, how can you
not end up loving them. Loving them is exactly what happened when watching this Double Feature,
but in my complete and utter surprise, I ended up enjoying the second movie Curse II: The Bite way
more than The Curse, two films that have nothing in common save a name. I'll get into exactly what
I enjoyed the sequel better, but for now, let's get on with the review of the first movie... PRODUCT

Frankly, I didn't see much of an issue with the transfer, save for a few rough scenes taking place in a
hospital, which had some wear and tear present. Besides that, the transfer was fairly solid. The same
goes for The Curse, which keeps a lovely grainfield intact, but still has some nice solid blacks. As
for the audio, which is DTS–HD Master Audio Stereo for both, it's a bit on the low side in Curse II's
case, resulting in having to turn up the speakers a bit higher than usual, but overall, the sound was
clean and clear for both movies. The only feature, which really shouldn't be considered a feature is a
trailer for The Curse, which has the a pretty epic voice over speech from that trailer voice guy. I've
seen a few things online about some behind the scenes clips for the special effects work on Curse II:
The Bite, so I'm not entirely sure why this couldn't be included on this disc. It's a shame really, as I

Both Beah and Kamara describe what it is like to live under the cruel conditions of the war, and
although these authors lived in similar world, filled with blood and horror, their life stories are fairly
divergent. Beah's story includes the lives of many people who were also involved in the war. "Some
people tried to hurt us to protect themselves, their family and communities...This was one of the
consequences of civil war. People stopped trusting each other, and every stranger became an enemy.
Even people who knew you became extremely careful about how they related or spoke to you,"

than solely about himself. He included how even people who were close were able to turn on each

himself more relatable by including in his memoir the ways in which everyone was affected.

When I was younger, I had a pet dog named Wheels. My dad got him from a guy at work in 2002. I
was just a little baby when they got him. I had him up until about the 4th or 5th grade. He was a

While reading The Bite of the Mango, there are many traumatic events Mariatu experiences. Even
these events are extremely devastating, heartbreaking, and life changing, Mariatu learns to seek the
positives in her situations to make her life more joyful. The first traumatic event that Mariatu
experienced was her little brother Santigie dying when Mariatu was 6 years old. Over the past years,
Mariatu has formed a strong bond with him through playing and talking. When he died, in order to
cope with her loss, she imagined that Santigie could be a spirit watching over her. "I was walking
one day, I thought I could hear his voice calling me. I turned to look, but there was no one there.

to execute an animal. The owner of the dog/s could've abused them. There are many dog owners
who raise their animals to attack. A lot of questions should be asked before throwing a dog bite
case away like many judges do. For example; Was the dog provoked, was the owner present, was

Overt Behavior Paper
Over the years I've noticed my brothers demonstrate several behaviors that I could include in this
paper. Behavior is defined as is any activity of an organism that can be observed or somehow
measured. (BOOK pg 4) There is a specific behavior I've observed my youngest brother, Jeremy do.
More specifically an overt behavior, a behavior that is observed by another person. This is when he

This is a bad and unhealthy habit that needs to be broken, I believe that trying several different
techniques could help in breaking this habit. I think the best way to see what is the best course of
action is to run multiple sets of trials using different techniques to assess if the behavior has
