LIBNAM
stay
-‐
Study
visit
on
BIM
from
October
5.to
8.
Objectives
of
the
LIBNAM
project
This
project
takes
place
over
two
years
(January
2013-‐June
2015),
its
objectives
are:
-‐
To
support
the
competitiveness
of
businesses
and
their
"
green
knowledge"
in
view
of
thermal
regulations
(passive
construction)
in
2016
in
EN
and
2020
in
FR
-‐
Promote
the
use
of
natural
materials
in
construction
and
passive
renovation
Objectives
of
ECOBATYS
in
Pays
de
Fougères
ECOBATYS
targets
are
passive
construction
and
rehabilitation,
relying
as
much
as
possible
on
the
knowledge
of
the
physics
of
the
envelope.
-‐
Build
an
efficient
and
innovative
building
of
quality,
providing
concrete
responses
to
the
sector
and
its
clients,
-‐
Promote
a
new
professional
culture
through
proper
management
of
the
joint
activity
between
the
various
professionals
working
on
the
same
site,
-‐
Generalize
best
practices
based
on
the
enhancement
of
quality
implementation
expertise
-‐
Achieve
results
through
knowing
and
mastering
monitoring
and
evaluation
tools
-‐
Innovate
and
find
very
efficient
thermal
solutions
while
balancing
the
goal
of
a
low
environmental
impact
("carbon
footprint"
and
"embodied
energy")
-‐
Include
health
requirements
for
the
users.
Implement
new
methods
of
design:
PCI
in
France
/
BIM
in
England
on
two
projects
of
innovation
centres
dedicated
to
eco-‐construction:
Ecobatys
in
France
/
Green
Build
Hub
in
England.
All
studies
and
feedback
on
the
design
of
efficient
buildings
shows
that
the
most
complex
stumbling
block
is
the
difficulty
of
teamwork
(management
of
a
joint
activity
between
the
various
trades
working
on
the
same
building
site
(in
the
construction
phase
as
well
as
in
the
design
phase).
It
is
therefore
necessary
to
test
new
methods
in
order
to
provide
experience
feedback
if
not
a
new
professional
culture
This
is
the
purpose
of
the
partnership
we
have
established
with
the
CSBT
in
England
and
the
purpose
of
this
trip.
