1. SWOT Analysis:
Strengths Weaknesses
The dialogue is “good” and
“flows well”. The characters are
compelling and the plot is a
clever spin on a familiar genre.
Nice light-heated start and build
to more intense finale.
Sometimes it wasn’t always
clear which character I was
writing about.
The fight scene and the murder
are quite ambitious- might not
translate to screen perfectly.
Opportunities Threats
There is lots of comic potential
in some of the dialogue.
There is also potential for
tension and unease in the
second scene, where the
Mysterious Man becomes
increasingly sinister.
The song “Sympathy for the
Devil” could bring the film to a
perfect close.
If the actors don’t deliver the
lines in quite the right way the
humour could be lost- however I
have complete faith that they
will.
In the heat of the moment,
some of the interesting
movement shots I’ve thought of
could be lost, but I will keep
referring to my shootings script
to ensure this doesn’t happen.
