1. Music Industry task: Plans for image taking:
My choice of actors:
Although at first I was considering using my Dads friend Stuart as the lead singer (he really does look like a
LiamGallagher-esque rock star) I then realised this would mean my band would be a group of middle aged
men, which doesn’t exactly screamnew music act.
So instead I have decided to use some other media students who I think look the part: Harvey Graham,
Nathan Wrigley and Henry Amos will make up Hazmat Cat, unless I have a brainwave at some point and
decide to add a fourth member. I have chosen Harvey to be the lead singer of Hazmat Cat because, put
simply, he looks like an Indie rock star; he dresses very stylishly, has experience acting (via Forest Forge)
and memorable hair, making him the perfect person to use as Hazmat Cats lead singer. Nathan proved he
can lean against a wall mysteriously in an earlier media task, which makes him eligible to be in Hazmat Cat,
while Henry is just a cool guy; in essence, they look good together, and, with suitable direction and clothing
choices, look like a cool, slightly “edgy” indie rock band.

3. Costume choices:
I will get Harvey to wear what he always wears, a blisteringly cool checkered jacket, black ripped jeans and
leather boots, because quite frankly that is a rock star outfit. Henry and Nathan are going to take a bit
more thinking about. Nathan I think would look good in some sort of dark jacket with black jeans and
trainers, nothing too “out there” but still cool, while Henry could wear a green jacket/coat with some
brown jeans and one of his many trademark trainers. Hazmat Cat aren’t a glam rock band, so make-up
won’t be required.
Props:
Theoretically, I would have at least one guitar in my pictures, to help show that Hazmat Cat are a rock
band, but in reality I don’t own a guitar and I’m not exactly going to go out and buy one. I might, however,
be able to borrow a friends, but I haven’t asked them yet so nothing is certain.
