1. • we all ingest caffeine in everyday life.
• PURPOSE: inform people how caffeine might
affect health in both positive and negative way.
2. GREEN TEA: 1 tea bag COFFEE: CHOCOLATE: 35g
caffeine: 25.68 mg caffeine: 80 mg caffeine: 25 mg
• Caffeine begins to reach all tissues in the body within five minutes of being consumed. Peak
blood levels are reached within 30 minutes and, on average, half the caffeine in a given dose
is metabolised within several hours. Caffeine does not accumulate in the body as almost all is
metabolised.
3. • The amount of caffeine in one or two cups of coffee (about 240-320 mg of caffeine) can produce mild
effects including:
• Increased alertness and energy.
• Alterations to mood.
• Increased metabolism.
• Elevated blood pressure.
• Increased body temperature.
• Increased urination.
• Increased gastric acid secretion.
• my goal is to create simple flash game that people can
test how much caffeine they are ingesting in average
day and aware of their health.
