of food
• If you eat too much food and don’t exercise you can
become overweight. You can have problems with your
back and joints, and your heart has to pump the blood
around your body.
• Also, if you eat too much food with lots of fats, some of
these can go onto the walls of your blood vessels and make
them narrow. This makes it difficult for blood to flow and
can lead to a heart attack.
3. CARRYING A HEAVI BACKPACK
• Carring a backpack that is too heavy can
damage your skeleton and your skeleton

shouldn’d put too many books in your
backpack and you should wear it over both
shoulders, or use a backpack whit wheels

your body. It cause
many diseases, and lung
cancer and makes a
person’s muscles weaker.
You shouldn’t go into
areas where people are
smoking because the
smoke can damage your
healt.
7. ILLEGAL DRUGS
• Illegal drugs
are very
dangerous.
They can
cause
serious
damage to
our heart
and liver
illegal drugs
can ruin
people’s
lives and the
lives of their
families.
9. FOOD INTOLERANCES AND
ALLERGIES
If you have a food Intolerance, it means your digestive system doesn‘t work well when
you eat food whit a specific ingredient
Exampels of this are gluten (fkund in wheat) or lactose (found in diary products.) People
who have a food Intolerance have to learn what alternative foods they can eat.
If you have an allergy it means your body reacts badly to certain foods or somethings in
the enviroment around you.
Common food allergies are to nuts, seafood of eggs. Common environmental allergies
are to pollen, animal hair or dust mites. People whit allergies can prevent or treat them
whit medicine.
