2. Urban dramas are often set at a fast paste, this
is something we thoroughly tried to interpret
for the sake of flow
Props such as weapons were used to enforce
tension and questions from our target audience
as they may question why the mother got shot
3. We used non- diegetic sound for our film this was
effective as the song helped tension to build up
and go down
Diegetic sound used was the gun shot, this was
effective, as it made the audience jumped as they
do not expect it, especially because the song is very
calm as it approaches as an out burst of noise
There was no dialogue – this could have been
potentially useful as the fighting scene was quite
long. Small phrases or fragments of a duologue
could of lightly been included just in case some
viewers didn’t understand.

5. We addressed the audience by creating a film
that is very realistic this was effective due to
the fact that those people who are interested in
urban life styles and are curious as to how they
live will enjoy this opening sequence as it is an
exaggerated scenario of some ones tragic life.
6. We used blogging and Youtube to advertise
our product this
We also used word of mouth in order to see
what needed improvement to the opening
sequence
7. I think for an opening sequence I think the
effects that we had pulled together were quite
strong, as we learnt skills such as adding black
and white effects and non-diegetic sound to a
film, along with text.
8. In order to advertise the product I think we
needed to think of other way in order to get the
idea across to our audience
I think blogging and sending out surveys for
our film really helped as we were able to make
some changes to our work in areas that we
were very weak in due to lack of knowledge of
creating an outcome.
