11. Our organization will reach out to youth
detention facilities, middle and high schools
that are within impoverished communities
and work closely with law enforcement
agencies to find individuals who are in the
heart of problem areas. Our goal is to
prevent youth incarceration, violence, and
hopelessness
The youth of our community have become a part of an ever-increasing crime problem, even more so, the levels of youth gang involvement
as well as incarceration continues to grow and spread rapidly. Without healthy alternatives, the state of the lives of our youth will be swept
away in the unrelenting juvenile justice system.
Youth violence which is often tied to gang involvement can be linked to lower
socioeconomic statuses within southern California. To reclaim the lives of our
nations children’s, programs must be enacted to instill hope, encouragement, and
healthy support. Peace by Piece, through several life skills courses and life coaches
will offer opportunities for growth and maturity
