TITLE & THEME
My magazine will be called ‘Core Power’. This is a technology/gaming magazine
that will feature articles and reviews of upcoming trending technology and
gadgets that is a part of the everyday use for entertainment.
COVER APPEAL
My front cover will have a refined image that is eye catching with the key features
lit to stand out and have an edge, with this text will be limited but the title will stand
out with clean cut edges. There will a theme colour that will glow and give a
smooth effect. Overall the magazine will have a neat and tidy layout to make the
magazine look premium.
FEATURE ARTICLE APPEAL
The featured article appeal is about the global release of the PlayStation 4 and the
Sony Xperia Z. This will interest the audience pulling them in being the main
headline massive using appealing words as ‘experience’ and ‘launch special’ as
the magazine would be reveling specs and information people have not been
able to see or experience before.
ADVERTISING
Advertisements that will be in the magazine will be related to the theme of the
magazine being technology and gadgets that would most likely appeal to the
audience.
4. TARGET AUDIENCE
CORE AUDIENCE
For the main audience this magazine will be
targeted for teenagers above 16/young adults’
male/female as the use of technology at this age
is used as much with each gender, and men that
attend university or not in their early 20s as they
will most likely to use technology the most.
SECONDRY AUDIENCE
The secondary audience will be for adults from
25-32 for the use of looking out for anything new
or upcoming for the use of entertainment or
reading reviews on future tech that they might
want to invest in like a DSLR camera for
photography.
