Executive Engineer –Project [4200TPD clinkerization plant]
Role:
• Make a Micro Plan for daily work with considering manpower and tools available at site to achieve the target.
• Performing material inspection and installation and fabrication inspection of the equipment during the step by
step project completion
Accomplishment:
• Erection & commissioning of Coal VRM LM28.3 & its auxiliaries
• Erection of 1200 TPH Circular Stacker and 1000TPH Reclaimer, weighing 340 Tonnes, of “Shenyang
Machine and Mining Corporation, NHI, China”.
• Erection and Commissioning of four Reciprocating Compressor” of 21.27m3/min at 7.0 kg/cm2 of “Kirloskar
Pneumatics LTD, Pune”.
• Erection and commissioning of Multicore & Loss In weight [make: Schenk Process] for fine Coal firing
• Erection and commissioning of PD blowers, chain conveyors, belt conveyors,screw conveyors

increase machine run time, equipment reliability and to achieve zero breakdowns.

 Cement VRM Loesche LM46.2+2 & LM56.3+3 used for slag & OPC grinding
 Mill feeding circuit
• Planning for preventive and predictive maintenance schedules of all equipment for continual improvement to

• Annual budget preparation and control tracking on the inventory consumption ,ISO documentation,TPM
activities ,TQM
