• The Unit II at Mangrol has latest technology with roller press in finish mode for raw meal, ILC kiln with cross bar cooler
for clinkerisation and combi-grinding roller press & ball mill for cement mill. A robo-lab is installed for chemical testing
and a 10 MW WHR system for heat recovery along with 25 MW CPP. Captive Power Plant at Shambupura has a
power generating capacity of 15 MW.
• Jharli Grinding Unit has a 260 TPH Combi-grinding cement mill with ThyssenKrupp Roller press & a ball mill.
As VP (Operation & Maintenance), was responsible for overall plant operations & entire plant maintenance of both
Nimbahera & Mangrol Units to meet targets & optimize resources with defined Key Performance Indices-
