Roles and Responsibilities:
Implementing and upgrading Basware’s anyERP logic for seamless and safe integration with multiple
ERP systems (SAP, Oracle,PSFT, Microsoft Dynamics AX, CODA,Maconomy, MRI etc.) across the
globe.
Analyzing and troubleshooting DB performance/connectivity/deadlock issues, working with stored
procedures, user defined functions, views, indexes.
Troubleshooting and resolving errors in Basware ERP interface code,caused by logic holes, incorrect
business logic and exceptions under defined SLA.
Troubleshooting issues encountered while deploying the application on QA and Production environments.
Troubleshooting of Basware product (Invoice Processing, Matching, Alusta etc.) issues by looking into
application logs, event log, configuration files escalated by customers,level 1 consultants, project
managers.
Working on SAAS and license implementations. Conduct remote sessions with customers to progress
issues if required. Provides detailed technical support (onsite/offshore) to Basware customers.
Installation/integration/up-gradation of Basware application at client’s environment
Investigate and troubleshoot erroneous code/logic in XMLs, ASP.net code and workflow tables.
Follow up issues with local or global consultants to resolve issues under defined SLA.
Efficiently communicating with international or local clients through email (or phone if critical).
Liaising with next level or R&D for reporting bugs or unresolved issues.
Working closely with other consultants/deployment team/R&D for quick resolution of issues.
