Project Description:
 Incessant Clinical Pathway – Clinical Pathway is a comprehensive decision support suite
for health care providers which automates care processes and drive better decisions,
actions and results.
 It adds business intelligence on the top of Hospital Information System (HIS).Based on
the triage details and symptoms of a patient; the application is able to display all the
available pathways. The system will recommend some of the tests/Services for a
patient and for a particular selected pathway. The system is capable to display the
patient severity based on results of test which patient had undergone. The system
helps doctor to guide whether he needs to admitted or discharged by giving some
medications based on the severity.

4.  The system is so capable to see audit information, undergone stages, feedback given
by doctor in each stage and triage details of a patient in each stage.
 This Application will be very helpful for junior doctors in absence or delay of any senior
doctors for starting an immediate action.
Responsibilities and Contribution:
 Involved in Requirement gathering, Analysis, Design and translated the business
requirements into feasible technical solutions.
 As a team lead, involved in designing (Process model, Database), requirement
gathering, peer reviews, development and unit testing of the application.
 As a developer, I followed best practices in every aspect and provided detailed
documentation for every node for understanding the process flow and Application
flow.
