I myself, Jayakumar K, have got gleaned exposure in defining and implementing Internet based
lead generation components like Get Found Tactics ( Search Engine optimization –SEO, Social
Media Optimization- SMO, Search Engine Marketing-SEM, and Social Media Marketing) , Online

and sentiments adopting Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI) and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
algorithms

conformities existing in the websites or social media pages based on digital marketing or online PR

New Media consult: Worked for Mathrubhumi online during the period 2010, and at present
engaged with Metrovaartha online edition, Kerala Voter, Mflint News, and Local Economy. My
responsibilities includes generating and increasing adv revenue through proper Google news indexing
and social media engagement, content leveraging and publishing
I have derived an effective online election campaign frame-work for major political parties in India
and this has successfully been tested and implemented in 2015/16 Assembly Elections and 2020
Local body elections in Kerala. I have been entrusted to design professional/ job oriented IT training
programs for a Govt entity named Keltron Knowledge Service Group Since 2001.

Ex officio CTO in Cearsleg Technologies Pvt. Ltd, one of the Google partner company in Kerala.
As a CTO I was absolutely acting as a key member in digital operation within the company, and
playing essential to the entire business structure and strategy when transformation is required, as this
dictates how the programme of change is planned and executed. As a CTO I have specific
technological insight and therefore I was directly involved in helping the entire organisation identify
where technical systems and identify the non-conformities associated with latest algorithms changes
by Google, Search Engine companies and social media platforms. I was responsible to analyse and
identify client requirements and recommending solutions based on current trends, competitor analysis
et al.
I define my Roadmap : I always ensured that our vision (Customer experience-led / Service
design-led/ Prospect- based/ Persona based) is linked to strategic goals, through effective
technology implementation the difference between “where you are now and where you want to get
to”.
I was in the role of Digital Marketing/ Online Public Relations Cartographer role in identifying
CRS, preparing KPIs, Marketing plans and ensuring K-factors through closed-loop analysis
My plans are non-linear in nature but based on gleaned experiences, good practices, trend
analysis and latest algorithms changes, always ensure that adopted/ recommended plan will be
implemented across the organisation through systematic training
Always start off with guiding our team with content preparation based on the nature of project,
for various social media platforms, siloing of content, plagiarism checking and eliminating
canonical issues and leveraging across various platforms through collaborative tagging process
are my initial task in achieving the result.

3. I have been entrusted with various Govt as well as private projects as a consultant and mentor in
online PR, Social Media management and Digital Marketing areas.
Prior to above mentioned association I was working with one of the major Singapore E Commerce
company named Surprisel Pte Ltd as Digital Marketing Head(2/12/2013 to 02/12/2015).
During the tenure with Surprisel and as a Digital Marketing Manager, from time to time, I was
responsible to assist with sourcing, developing and defining frame-work and algorithms for Online
Branding, Lexical Analysis, Reputation Management, Collaborative Marketing, The Husting, and
defining persona were also comes under my overall scope of work.
During 2008 until 2011 I was holding the position of Project Secretary in British AeroSpace
Systems- Communication and Online PR (BAe Systems), during this period I was responsible for
eliciting Requirement Specifications by BAE global team and developing a high level Product
Requirements Document (PRD) and an elaborate Requirements Specification for the IT wing for
subsequent design, development, and testing activities. An unique blend of business and technical
savvy being applied over the entire project realization activities. I enjoyed spending time in BAE to
understand their problems, and find innovative solutions for their requirements. I was working with
the engineering counterpart to satisfy BAE’s internal requirements and played as a key role in cross
functional team. I led, coordinate, and supervise my work toward the end goal of achieving the result.
I had been entrusted to write specifications about single feature sets to a product realization level.
