1. “Insight to Implementation in 24 Hours.”
This workshop will be facilitated by Margaret Kelsey, Ed.M., President of
Wave of Insight.
Wave of Insight provides transformational workshops and leadership coaching
to individuals and organizations. Wave of Insight’s mission is to teach
individuals and organizations how to harness insight as a catalyst for growth.
Insight to Implementation is Wave of Insight’s flagship seminar. It promises to
transform your understanding of how you relate to and realize your goals.
Margaret Kelsey, Ed.M. has been designing, developing and delivering
engaging professional trainings for 20 years across multiple verticals for
Fortune 2000 companies. As a trainer/facilitator and leadership coach, her
work draws upon several bodies of knowledge and training/certification in
renown programs including: Richard Barrett’s Seven Levels of Organizational
Consciousness and Cultural Transformation Tools; leadership development
and group facilitation with the Institute for Civic Leadership; project
management with PMI; spiritual group facilitation with The Concord Institute;
and Kundalini yogic science and wellness as a certified KRY yoga instructor.
She holds her Masters in Human Development from Harvard Graduate School
of Education and her BA in psychology from the University of Massachusetts.
Margaret cares passionately about life-long learning and brining YOUR
WHOLE SELF to life’s endeavors. She presents on topics related to conscious
leadership, change management, human capital performance, life (career and
personal) transitions, and spiritual development.
She confesses, her greatest teacher is her young son whom she adopted in
2010 from Nepal. She is is a poet at heart and writes inspiring prose on her
FB page Wave of Insight.
Margaret’s combined experience as a professional training and leadership
facilitator, writer and poet, business owner, and mother enable her to work
insightfully and effectively with leaders with entrepreneurial spirits in realizing
their life’s purpose and dreams.

In this 6 week (24 hour) workshop you will learn:

• How your values shape your motivation
• How to express your values in what you do, to lead the
life you are meant and want to lead
• How INSIGHT is your catalyst for growth
• How to take an idea you have and bring it to fruition with
mindfulness and a plan that makes is possible
Space is limited to 10 individuals for
each session for concentrated time.
Sessions:
In-person: Friday’s 12:00-4:00, May 16th – June 6th
Online: Tuesdays & Thursdays 12:00-2:00, May 13th – June 5th
